Chapter 01
Coffee has always been a rather large part of our lives. Like most coffee drinkers, we enjoy a cup or two in the morning to help us get up and moving to our jobs. For years, we bought stale ground coffee off the grocery store shelf because we thought all coffee was equal.

Chapter 02
Then we were introduced to specialty coffee — and our lives have not been the same since. We went from drinking Folgers on our couch to having Ethiopian Natural pour-overs at a coffee shop in a nearby town. We started visiting coffee shops all across the state, focusing on the ones who roasted their own. Tasting the subtle differences each origin afforded was intriguing to both of us. So much so, we bought a small coffee roaster for our home.

Chapter 03
We soon upgraded to a roaster that let us not only provide coffee for ourselves, but give some away. The more we gave away, the more positive feedback we received. It was not long before people were asking where they could purchase our coffee. A local coffee shop offered to carry our line, and that really helped get our name out.
In Todd & Mary Jo's words
